Since we do not sprinkle our products with freshness fungicides (like all fruit in shopping malls and unfortunately lot of the fruit at marketplaces) it is advisable to keep the fruit it in the fridge so that it remains fresh. The optimal temperature is from 4 to 12 degrees celsius.
